    La parte peggiore del W205 era il piccolo schermo da 8,4 pollici con le enormi cornici in plastica. Questa unità Android risolve completamente il problema. Riempie perfettamente lo spazio e sembra lo schermo del modello facelift. CarPlay wireless si collega immediatamente. Ero preoccupato per il ritardo dell'audio utilizzando l'adattatore USB, ma onestamente non ho notato alcun problema di sincronizzazione con il movimento delle labbra durante la visione dei video. Un aggiornamento solido.

Da dove vengono spediti gli ordini e quanto tempo ci vuole per la consegna?

La maggior parte degli ordini iKAGOO viene spedita dal nostro centro logistico in Cina dopo che la configurazione del prodotto e i dati del veicolo sono stati verificati. L'elaborazione normale di un ordine richiede circa 1-3 giorni lavorativi.

I tempi di consegna stimati dopo la spedizione sono:

  • Stati Uniti e Canada: circa 5–9 giorni lavorativi
  • Unione europea: circa 7–15 giorni lavorativi
  • Regno Unito e Australia: circa 7–10 giorni lavorativi
  • Altre regioni supportate: circa 7–20 giorni lavorativi

I tempi di consegna stimati potrebbero subire variazioni a causa delle procedure doganali, delle festività locali, delle consegne in zone remote, delle condizioni meteorologiche o dei ritardi da parte del corriere.

Dovrò pagare dazi all'importazione, IVA o spese doganali?

La spedizione internazionale standard solitamente non include l'IVA del paese di destinazione, i dazi doganali, le spese di intermediazione o le spese di sdoganamento.

Per le destinazioni dell'Unione Europea che soddisfano i requisiti, un'opzione facoltativa Servizio di spedizione DDP potrebbero essere applicati. Le spese relative all’importazione sono incluse solo se al momento del pagamento viene selezionata l’opzione DDP o se tale opzione viene confermata da iKAGOO per iscritto prima della spedizione.

Se l'opzione DDP non è selezionata, il destinatario è tenuto a farsi carico di eventuali oneri addebitati dalle autorità doganali locali o dal corriere incaricato della consegna.

Posso richiedere la spedizione espressa?

Per alcuni prodotti e destinazioni potrebbero essere disponibili spedizioni espresse o prioritarie. La disponibilità, il corriere e i costi aggiuntivi vengono confermati prima della spedizione.

A seconda della destinazione e del tipo di prodotto, iKAGOO può avvalersi di corrieri quali DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS, 4PX o un altro operatore logistico che garantisca il tracciamento della spedizione.

Come posso tracciare la mia spedizione?

Una volta spedito l'ordine, il numero di tracciamento o il link di tracciamento verrà normalmente inviato all'indirizzo e-mail utilizzato per l'ordine.

Potrebbero essere necessari diversi giorni lavorativi prima che gli aggiornamenti sulla tracciabilità risultino visibili, poiché il pacco viene trasferito tra corrieri internazionali e locali.

Qual è la politica di iKAGOO in materia di resi e rimborsi?

L'idoneità al reso dipende dal motivo del reso, dalle condizioni del prodotto, dallo stato di installazione, dalla documentazione fornita e dal fatto che il reso sia stato approvato da iKAGOO.

In caso di reso per motivi non legati a difetti, il prodotto deve normalmente essere inutilizzato, non installato, completo e idoneo alla rivendita. Le spese di spedizione per i resi approvati sono generalmente a carico del cliente.

Le spese di spedizione originali, i costi DDP, l'IVA, i dazi doganali e gli altri costi logistici non sono generalmente rimborsabili, salvo quanto previsto dalla normativa vigente o salvo diversa conferma da parte di iKAGOO.

Non restituire il prodotto senza aver ricevuto un indirizzo di restituzione autorizzato e le istruzioni per la restituzione da parte di iKAGOO.

Cosa succede se iKAGOO ha confermato la compatibilità ma il prodotto non può essere installato?

Potrebbe essere prevista una copertura aggiuntiva qualora iKAGOO abbia confermato la compatibilità prima dell'acquisto, il cliente abbia fornito informazioni accurate sul veicolo e abbia collaborato alle ragionevoli procedure di installazione e diagnostica.

Se iKAGOO conferma che non è disponibile alcuna soluzione tecnica ragionevole e il problema viene segnalato entro 7 giorni di calendario dalla consegna, il cliente potrebbe avere diritto al rimborso del prezzo del prodotto senza essere tenuto a restituirlo.

Le spese di spedizione originali, il DDP, l’IVA, i dazi doganali e altri oneri a carico di terzi non sono inclusi nel rimborso del prezzo di questo prodotto.

Che tipo di garanzia offre iKAGOO?

I prodotti iKAGOO idonei includono un Garanzia limitata di 12 mesi sull'hardware che copre i difetti di fabbricazione accertati e i guasti hardware ammissibili verificatisi in condizioni di utilizzo normale.

A seconda del problema, la soluzione può comprendere la diagnosi a distanza, l’assistenza alla configurazione, la fornitura di pezzi di ricambio, la riparazione, la sostituzione del prodotto, il rimborso parziale o il rimborso totale.

La garanzia non copre normalmente i danni causati da un cablaggio errato, modifiche non autorizzate, danni accidentali, infiltrazioni d'acqua, urti, uso improprio, tensione non corretta, errori di installazione o apparecchiature di terze parti incompatibili.

L'apertura della confezione comporta automaticamente l'annullamento della garanzia?

Un'ispezione o un controllo effettuato da terzi non comporta automaticamente l'annullamento dell'intera garanzia. Tuttavia, non sono coperti i danni causati da riparazioni non autorizzate, sostituzione di componenti, modifiche non corrette, circuiti danneggiati o rimontaggio non corretto.

Contattare iKAGOO prima di smontare o riparare il prodotto, in modo che possa essere fornita la corretta procedura diagnostica.

Cosa succede se il mio ordine arriva danneggiato o con parti mancanti?

Contatta iKAGOO entro 7 giorni di calendario dalla consegna e conservare la confezione originale, l'etichetta di spedizione, gli accessori e il prodotto.

Si prega di fornire foto o video nitidi che mostrino:

  • Il cartone da spedizione esterno e l'etichetta di spedizione
  • Eventuali danni visibili all'imballaggio
  • Il prodotto e l'area interessata
  • Tutti gli accessori e i cavi ricevuti

Cosa devo fare se ho ordinato il prodotto sbagliato?

Contatta iKAGOO prima di installare o utilizzare il prodotto. La sostituzione o il reso potranno essere autorizzati solo se il prodotto risulta inutilizzato, non installato, completo e idoneo alla rivendita.

I clienti sono normalmente tenuti a sostenere le spese di spedizione ed eventuali differenze di prezzo nel caso in cui siano stati selezionati un prodotto, un modello di veicolo, un anno di produzione o una configurazione di fabbrica errati.

Non viene fornita automaticamente un'etichetta di reso prepagata gratuita.

Posso modificare o annullare il mio ordine dopo aver effettuato il pagamento?

Contatta iKAGOO il prima possibile, preferibilmente entro 12 ore dopo aver effettuato l'ordine, quando si richiede un indirizzo, una configurazione del veicolo o una modifica al prodotto.

Una modifica o una cancellazione non è valida finché non viene confermata da iKAGOO. I prodotti specifici per determinato veicolo potrebbero entrare nella fase di approvvigionamento, programmazione, collaudo, configurazione o preparazione personalizzata poco dopo il pagamento.

Una volta avviata la preparazione o la spedizione, potrebbe non essere più possibile annullare l'ordine, oppure potrebbero essere detratti i costi ragionevoli già sostenuti.

Cosa è incluso nel pacchetto?
